The S12III Bronze Series is available in the standard ATX Form Factor and in wattages that are most common for a PC system. The Sea sonic S12III-Series achieves 80 PLus Bronze standard of providing at least 82 %, 85 % and 82 % power usge efficiency at 20 %, 50 % and 100 % operating loads, respectively. This efficiency, combined with Active Power Factor Correction, enables the S12III Bronze series power supplies to lessen energy waste, which translates into savings on the costs of energy costs for its users. In addition to being greatly efficient, the S12II units maintain important features such as the stable and proven Double Forward Converter circuit design, and the industry\u2019s leading Smart and Silent Fan Control (S2FC).LEARN MORE ABOUT THE SEASONIC USA SSR-500GB3

I recently picked up a HP 570 p0 33w and it's got good bones it has an i7 seventh-generation at 16 gigs of ram and i'm hoping to give it some upgrades here so it could be capable of some gaming along with some video editing and so where I want to start is with the power supply and I picked up this see sonic 550 watt power supply here that I want to try to install today and so this seems like a perfect fit for the build and so I want to get right into it here , want to make sure I discharge any additional power after I unplugged it here's the power
supply we're going to be replacing and it's 180 watts so I don't think it has enough power to handle any sort of gaming or video editing ,right now that we have everything you know I'm just gonna leave it plugged in just so I could see where things go when I put in the other power supply I haven't had a desktop PC in like ten years so it's been a while , you ended up removing the disk drive just so I can have access to the 24 pin connector and you can see here that we have everything plugged in
and it looks like it you know it has all the right connections that we need so should be good to go here all right so let's put this thing back together ,actually spoke too soon because it's missing the slimline power connector for the disk drive so I'm gonna have to order that but it's no big deal , alright now they've got that back together here I'm just gonna do a quick test and appears to be running pretty well it's nice and silent should have all the power I need for the plans that I have for this build and so what I'm going to be doing next is adding a solid-state drive along with the video card so stay tuned for those future videos thanks for watching and have a great day
