Very well-built design, especially for the price.
Excellent performance; customizable.
Amazingly low wired latency.

Editors Didn't LikeLacks braided cable
Right-and left-mouse buttons are too mushy and loud
Not the most ergonomic design.
Smaller size only suitable for small and medium hands, or for fingertip grip.

so maybe you just built your first gaming PC and you're looking for peripherals but you're on a bit of a budget in my mind you cannot do better at least right now with the current price than the Logitech G 203 so here's my review of this map okay so it is no secret that I really like Logitech peripherals especially their mice but even their keyboards to an extent and today we're going to take a look at BG 203 and see how well it stacks up to some of the other logitech

wireless offerings and if I can recommend this mouse  on Amazon at least as of the filming of this to a budget gamer that's looking for a really solid Mouse with a really good price tag so let's dive into it really important here we have RGB elements on the mouse that's super important for everyone I think right we have a logitech card I really sure why but Mouse itself and some documentation likely warranty stuff anything like that so so the mouse itself is a

wired mouse which I don't normally like to look at anymore because BG 900 or the yeah the 900 Cal spectrum is my main Mouse and I love it but this is a wireless mouse this is not a braided cable I might add it's just a rubberized cable what's the have pretty solid length on it so it shouldn't be a problem regards to where your tower is the mouse itself is completely black

with the exception of the led rings as well as the light-up logo on the bottom side we see we have some plastic pads as well as a pad around the sensor itself first impressions really really nice clicks on the left and right click I actually do like that middle-click a lot as well and then you have a normal forward and backward button as well and that's basically the very simple physical layout which also you have what I imagine is the DPI toggle button as well so

something to some games with this and see just how well I like it so as of the filming of this review I will say that the G 203 is  on Amazon and  if you want to pay the extra premium for the white version however its MSRP does seem to be $ and at most retailers like Best Buy Fry's Electronics those types of places you'll probably find it for that  however if they do price mash bear in mind it is on Amazon  for the black variant now the g2 of 3

does have a very unassuming design it looks like as somebody recently told me a basic Mouse and that's really just what it is it has 6 programmable buttons however that you can completely program to whatever you want however two of those that Logitech counts are actually the left click and the right click which will probably want to leave just a loan so really down more like 2 for programmable buttons that you can really play with to really customize your gaming

experience now in addition to customizable buttons the G 203 actually does have what I would call a semi ambidextrous design and by that I mean it is symmetrical on the left and right side however because it only has the forward and backward browsing buttons on the left side I would again classify a semi ambidextrous because if you're using a left-handed those buttons will be on the wrong side and unlike other mice like the chaos spectrum from Logitech you

cannot change the size of those buttons so you're stuck with them on the left side now from a tactile feedback perspective the buttons on this mouse are very clicky and I find them extremely satisfying especially considering that I only paid  for the mouse and other mice in this price range definitely don't give you the same type of click that this Mouse does and that even filters down to the scroll wheel which I actually very much enjoy the click of as it doesn't require too much force to push it down however the actual scrolling function of the scroll wheel for my

taste is a little bit on the rigid side that being said you can feel every individual step in the scroll wheel although they are definitely a little bit more mushy than the chaos spectrum that I normally use on daily basis now on the specification side of things this is a mouse that is pulled 1000 times per second so 1,000 Hertz and the sensor on board is a 200 to 6000 dpi sensor which can be changed through the Logitech Gaming software or you can cycle through various

default dpi presets with this centered button out of the box so in addition to a great Mouse you'll also notice I've already mentioned the Logitech Gaming software which gives you access to the ability not just to taint change this RGB light which you'll notice I haven't really talked about so far because I don't really find it to be that big of a deal it's a nice little touch don't get me wrong but I'm not going to base my decision to buy a mouse specifically one in the

range on RGB lighting it is nice adjust there but completely unnecessary for a mouse of this price range but the Logitech Gaming software also allows you to do so much more with this mouse including the customization of all the buttons it has auto game recognition so if you set up profiles in it and toggle it to instead of the onboard memory which this mouse also does have

onboard memory but you can toggle it to auto game detect and set up different profiles using the software to automatically switch the settings of the mouse to give you different macros for different programs or games so the software behind this mouse is really a large part of the reason I love it so much so I guess that brings me to my conclusion of the g20 3 they have a great feel in the hand that I personally like however I am a palm grip user and if you are a claw

user I don't know you may not like the feel in your hand quite as much I would encourage you to seek out a review from somebody that uses that type of grip with the mouse in addition to a great sensor all the buttons on the mouse have great tactile feedback with the only real drawback in my mind being the scroll wheel isn't quite exactly what I would like out of a mouse but  I'm definitely not going to be complaining about that because it is in the realm of

enough on the scrolling side so I guess my conclusion can really be boiled down to a simple concept if you're in the market for a gaming mouse between twenty and fifty dollars I really have a hard time believing you'll find anything better to suit your needs at least in most scenarios than the Logitech G 203 but just because I love this mouse doesn't mean everyone else does so if you own this mouse or if you used it let me know in the comments down below and

tell me what you think about the G 203 because people viewing this video might find my review helpful but I'm sure they would also be curious to know what the audience and other people they own this mouse do think so let us know in the comments down below and as always with a product that I do really like and do recommend the links to buy those will be down below so the G 203 if you're interested in learning more or buying it link is down in the description below

the g2 13 budget gaming keyboard by Logitech and I figured you know what I have the G 203 Gaming Mouse also by Logitech why not make a video on it so in today's topic I'm going to discuss whether a budget Gaming Mouse such as the G 203 lives up to quality performance despite its low price point and should you get it so if this is first time here my name is Harvey

and if you enjoyed videos on PC tech and gaming consider subscribing to the channel for more content like this the G 203 is a very budget-friendly gaming mouse that's part of Logitech's prodigy line at the time of purchase this mouse was going for a mere  on Amazon from its usual price point it weighs around 85 grams in a plastic body so it's on the lighter

side compared to most mice that I've personally played with because I'm usually floating around the 95 to 105 grams range now using a mercury sensor and going up to 8,000 dpi this mouse is the little brother of the Logitech G pro mouse which in comparison has a hero sensor going up to 16,000 dpi which is double the rate now of course higher dpi doesn't mean better

and gamers typically don't go that high anyways the mouse is pretty minimalistic and uses the same exact shell as the G Pro Mouse now the USB cable is rubber on this one instead of braided the buttons are fairly light and are rated up to 10 million clicks and here's a quick sound test jumping into logitech's gaming software you can customize up to 6 programmable buttons in the macros tab you can set and save how many levels or dpi settings you want your mouse to

have and toggle through them using the DPI button now as for the RGB settings you have one zone to customize with three different effects you may adjust the brightness and the speed rate of the color effect there's also a heat map for the mouse as well to record all your actions for performance data now the main question of the topic is does this cheap Gaming Mouse perform well and is it worth it so if you guys have not seen my last video on the Logitech G 213 gaming

keyboard I showed gameplay footages and the performance of that keyboard of me using it for the first time in three different genres which is Starcraft 2 counter-strike go and League of Legends so it's an RTS and fps and a MOBA game to test the range of performance on that keyboard and the truth is I wasn't just using the g2 13 keyboard I was also using the G 203 gaming mouse alongside with it so both of these devices part I have never used before in my

entire life so it was some of my first time using both of these devices these budget devices and this is how well it performed check it out my experience using the mouse was really good I only set my sensitivity at a thousand dpi for most applications the tracking is really good for your mercury sensor even when I was picking the mouse up and dropping it back down from a mat there's no issues whatsoever with this Mouse 6-man killing spree in csgo Quadra kill and

League of Legends with Darius 240 CS and the kDa of 7 3 and 10 on Malphite which is a champion I pretty much never play so on a basic minimal cheap gaming mouse I think it performs quite well and even compared to other gaming mice that well exceeds twice three and even four times its price I've tried some really expensive mice like the wireless rival 650 costing up  US dollars now I am a fan of Steel series as well just not that particular expensive

Mouse the rival 650 and the 600 series now in this video am I telling you to stop buying more expensive mice and just get a cheaper one no peripherals are very personal because it comes down to performance functionality comfort fit customizable options and aesthetics so in my experience with this Logitech G 203 Mouse and the takeaway messages if it fits your hand

makes you win games looks good on your desktop why would you pay more for another Mouse that perhaps delivers the same or less results so if you are on a budget and you want to try out the G 203 Gaming Mouse by Logitech you can use the product link in my description below and my final thoughts is that I think Logitech does a very good job especially

on Amazon at the time of  this review  guys can pick that up I think it's a really good deal and Logitech has been in the game for a very long time they do a good job on their hardware side especially the mouse and keyboard and their software is super easy to use so props on that

one of the top mice at the moment it's a Logitech G pro but now Logitech have released the g10 too and g20 three which are the same mouse but just available in different regions instead of doing a full review of these mice I'm just going to go through the differences and some of the basics you can want to know my thoughts on the shape and the size watch the pro review

because they're the same shape I'll leave the link in the description so first here they are I have the black and white version of the g10 too and the pro is on the right the main difference is the cable some people have complained that the pro cable is too thick it's braided anti quality and never bothered me personally but I do prefer this more standard smooth flexible rubber cable that they're using on the g10 too the next difference is in the plastic the texture is slightly

rougher on the g10 too this difference is so slight it's barely worth mentioning so they're essentially the same other than the cable the buttons feel like the tensioned about the same any difference I can't really tell again I've seen a few complaints of these are too light so if you need more attention you might have some issues for me they're fine no accidental clicks in terms of performance I tested them with a reaction test and also the bomb test and the results are basically the same I'd say there are no latency issues with these they do sound a bit different I

think the g10 too is a bit quieter that might depend on the copy you get though and the middle button on the g10 too seems better as well not so hard to press in and again quieter is a quick listen to the clicks and also for build quality it appears the same nothing more shaking it almost no sound at all it seems well made and the mouse feet also seem the same for weight the pro is about 85 groans maybe 84 this girl's on too accurate and there's a bit of cable the g10 to black is

the same and the white seems a bit heavier at about 80 acres that might be because of the different material is used either way it's not a big enough difference to bother me and I'd say the same is true for everyone else too as for the sensor I did no research on it before doing the testing I have heard it's not a 3366 but this way I'm not biased at all first of all it handles my flicks for rocket jumping so that speed seems fine and even if I try to make it spin out swiping it as fast as I can it still doesn't lose track a lot of sense of lose track if you tilt them and then slam

them down one main factor with the 3366 sensor of the pro is that it won't spin out with the tilt slam test and as you can see this one doesn't either zooming into this number just attracts pixel by pixel and does it smoothly this is at 1600 dpi as for acceleration and deceleration it seems like there's almost zero to lift off distance it's just under 1 DVD on a cloth pad and about 1 DVD on a hard pad I don't have an accurate test for delay but it feels very responsive to me

basically the same as a pro I also tested them on colored pads and couldn't find a problem there either and in the line test everything looks the same so if I hadn't been told this had another sensor in it I would have thought it was a 3366 that's just going by my testing in-game and their testing in this video that's the thing though but 3366 is overkill I'd wager no one needs a sense of that good which means when they give us a sense of that performs even 80% as well as the

3366 it still seems like the 3366 that's a random beggar I don't know how good the center is compared to the 3366 all I can say is that in my testing it seems the same which means it's extremely good in the software it has onboard memory you can rebind the buttons to G shift multimedia and the usual options keystroke and macros but the macro recorder doesn't record mouse buttons as far as I can see you can also change the DPI from 200 in increments of 50 to a

max of 6000 and in lighting you can use color cycle or choose a color or turn it off the feature that's missing from this is surface tuning so you won't be able to adjust the liftoff distance to conclude the g10 too feels and performs basically the same as a pro and yet the price is quite different at the time of this review the g10 - it's  on amazon USA the g20 3 and the pro is  on Amazon UK the g20 3 and the pro  so it's about half price what I

think Logitech is doing here is testing the market to see if they can release a budget copy of their mice and see if they still sell if they brought this out as a premium Mouse then any issues might have heard their reputation this is a much safer way of going about it so if I'm right about that Logitech your answer is yes you can release cheaper mice like this they're amazing especially for the price I would actually buy the g10 - over the pro version because it's the same

Mouse with a better cable and of course a lot cheaper I've been playing a lot with them and haven't run into any issues that weren't on the pro I still think the sides need to be changed but otherwise it's a great Mouse I hope that's answered your questions

Logitech G203 Prodigy RGB Wired Gaming Mouse – Black review

I was when I first saw this mouse and that is what can you hope to expect from a budget mouse that literally only costed me$ the time that I purchased it is it gonna be any good well let's check out the specs and find out , alright guys so taking a look at the mouse in its actual general size you'll see my hand it's more of like a medium to large-sized hand and it is quite a bit smaller than what I'm used to I'm it it doesn't really take much getting used to though but if

you're used to something that's more of a a grip where you'll actually have your entire hand on the mouse this make it take a little bit of getting used to because as you see your hand does just sit quite a bit forward and then my palm having a bigger hand as I do it kind of sits off the mouse and rests on my mousepad also keep in mind that my ring finger is actually completely off the mouse as well as my pinky when I'm holding it all right guys so we'll go ahead and open

up our Logitech G software will you control everything with this mouse and we'll go ahead and check out our color options first first one being a static color will just obviously show a static color just like this and then your next option is the color cycle option which the mouse comes as default and it will actually shift through all the different RGB available colors just like this

, then your third and final option is the breathing effect in which it takes one static color and does a really cool breathing effect with the mouse and it looks just like this the only thing that's kind of weird about this option is that as far as I can tell you can only do it with one static color it will not let you cycle through the RGB colors while it's doing this breathing effect

unfortunately and then of course you always do have the option to turn the lights off in case they get annoying to you at night or something like that and then of course within the software there's the six programmable buttons on the mouse in which you can program to do pretty much anything you want like if you want one of your side buttons to talk to your teammates possibly like I do or maybe just to throw a grenade or something like that and then also within

the software there's a cool little extra feature that is a key press map that'll actually record which keys you press the most often and it will show it to you on the on screen display right there red being the one you use the most often and blue possibly being one you use the second most often the Logitech G 203 actually comes with a pretty awesome sensor  and actually with a software update you

can actually go up  and I'm just gonna go ahead and show you guys a really quick non-scientific display of what the different dpi settings actually look like as you click through them and as you can see as I click through and get to the where 6,000 to 8,000 dpi arrange that thing is really moving across the screen and I can't see anybody really needing anything more than that I'm not sure about you guys but when I go to buy a gaming mouse I know I'm gonna

be using it quite a bit and pretty heavily like I'm doing in the video right there so I want something that's durable and it will last me quite a while and with this one this is no slouch as far as that goes this thing is actually rated for 10 million clicks on both the left button and the right click button and if any of you are anything like me you guys are probably a little bit

particular about what your peripherals sound like given what your environment is whether it's a gaming station or an office so here's a quick test of what all those buttons sound like compared to my Coursera mouse that I also use and right here you'll see a quick size comparison of how it fits into my hand in particular it does appear to be quite a bit smaller

than my Corsair scimitar Mouse and you'll see also because those two side buttons even though it appears to be an ambidextrous Mouse it's actually not it's still set up for a right hander like me , alright guys so in conclusion we can see that the Logitech G 203 is actually a really really good budget option for a gaming mouse it definitely isn't any slouch it has a lot of cool features that a lot of gamers look for and it actually hits the price point that a lot of people are

looking for when they're getting into gaming and then just needs something to start getting into games so what do you guys think of this mouse I want to see what you guys have to say about in the comments below do you guys own this mouse have you guys been using it and what kind of experience do you have with it do you guys prefer this one or would you actually go for one of the more upgraded versions of this mouse since there is one that looks basically identical to this

mouse called the Logitech G pro that pretty much as far as the spec sheet goes as far as I can see the only difference is the color and just the fact that the Logitech G pro of the more expensive version actually has a faster sensor where this one only goes from 200 dpi to 6,000 dpi the Logitech G Pro actually goes from 200 dpi to 12,000 dpi so if you're a super-advanced you

know csgo player or twitch gamer or something like that that needs that dpi you may prefer that but as far as I'm concerned I can play FPS games with this kind of Mouse just fine even not even at the highest dpi and I get along great .
