when choosing a mouth shape is extremely important for comfort and aim and that's where the HyperX pulsefire search got it right there is more to mass choice than that there's also weight balance buttons kept quality and so on now before I get to all the details there is one deal breaker for me here are three popular mice notice the space between the buttons now here's the search a lot of mice do have this but why is it a problem on this Mouse well I use an old-school
configuration with right mouse button is forward left mouse button as fire and when I press them down the buttons actually hit each other if you can't see that here's a listen I'm sure someone can modify these buttons that they don't do that but I don't have the tools or the experience okay with that out of the way here's a tour and also look at how much they got right the top is a smooth plastic which feels good on the palm both sides have a rubberized texture that feels really good combine that with the curves for gripping comfort and this bus feels really
good for general use and in game it does flare out a little at the back I usually prefer just a flat side but this actually does feel good with the film and also the little finger on the other side that also means it's an ambidextrous design but with buttons on the left only there are slight comfort curves in the buttons which could have been deeper but still good overall it's just a great shape I hope they continue to work with this one because it should suit a lot of people it will most likely depend on the hand size so either fingers it's about five point nine centimeters 12
centimeters long and the height is 4 centimeters or 1 point 6 inches gradual slope on the buttons highest point toward the back this actually feels pretty good in palm grip for me so it could suit hands up to 18 point 5 centimeters in palm claw would be up to 21 centimeters and fingertip above 17.5 ideally though I think it would be best in 20 by 10 centimeter hands in claw or fingertip for comparison here it is next to the abysus and deathadder I wouldn't say it's a large
or medium mouse more in between the two now for being game testing it's a 3389 optical sensor so it should be a top performance no problem rocket jumping around as usual I can't make it spin out even moving it as fast as I can and no spin out in the totes line test either zooming in it tracks pixel by pixel and it does it smoothly no acceleration as far as I can tell and while here no ghosting on the bottoms either the line tester looks good no issues that I can see and in the latency testing its goes about the same as a Jean 100 so all good there now here's a listen to the
clicks for quality and volume other than the problem with them hitting each other left and right feel pretty decent but there is a bit of a balance like an echo it's hard to describe so I'll just say the decent but could be better the will is low a bit harder to person and it's smooth while also having steps so while it could be a bit tighter it's quite good as it is for browsing and gaming the side buttons are good except I'd probably reduce the trifle distance just a bit and the DPI button is standard bit out of the way overall I'm happy with them but as always they could be
made better build quality wise it seemed solid tapping and shaking it I don't hear any rattles the cable is braided smoother than 1.8 meters and it's actually fairly flexible no trouble in a mouse bungee where most competitive players might be letdown is with the weight 104 grams is a bit heavy these days I would have liked to see this between 80 and 90 but that's personal preference so some people might like it the weight distribution feels a little more toward the back but it's fairly in line with a sensor the two large Mouse feet you see here glide quite
smoothly and that's tested on a few parts all good there in the software you have a fair few lighting options and you can adjust the LEDs individually or together you have a few presets and can change the direction and speed in performance you can set up to five dpi stages which go from 100 to 16,000 in steps of 50 and you can set a color forage to help you remember you can also make macros which picks up on mouseville clicks and keyboard you can alter the buttons with keyboard commands mass dpi multimedia and some other options so all in all
good straight to the point software with a fair bit of functionality given how basic it is here's a look at the lighting in action and I plugged it into another computer and it didn't seem to remember my settings so you probably need software for this one now some highlights while I give my conclusion wow what an improvement hyperox really stepped up the game for this mouse way beyond my expectations they have pretty much everything right and maybe most
people won't be affected by the mouse button issue it just affected me a lot because I have two major commands on forward and shoot that said that does need to be fixed other people might not mind the weight but if they just fixed the problems I've mentioned I might have actually put this in the top ten because the cable feet sensor shape materials performance and more is off with the best so it's a great Mouse but it still needs some work and at this rate we might be
seeing HyperX in the top 10 very soon I actually played quite well with it despite it being a bit big for me definitely looking forward to more mice from hyperox in future
the HyperX pulse fire surge RGB mouse so let's start with the basics the pulse fire surge RGB boasts not only pinpoint precision but in the UK you also get spectacular lighting effects and a two-year warranty which probably won't cover throwing it at the screen but it's nice to see HyperX is confidence and to know that you're covered in case of issues in the box we find the mouse itself and a number of documents including a Quick Start Guide and that's kind of it it would have been nice to see a couple of replacement feet just in
case on a side note kudos for the somewhat cool packaging not premium but seems very intentional how each piece integrates and reinforces the next it feels like somebody really took their time to design this so it's worth a mention when first holding the mouse it's impressive how solid the mouse feels for its smaller profile and size the plastic construction doesn't feel cheap and there is no give when you squeeze it the moderate weights at a hundred grams for
the mouse alone and smaller size has the pulse fire surge feeling almost like a smooth pebble it's quite pleasing to the touch materials are also interesting you have a smoother soft touch plastic for the top panel of the mouse with slightly more granular plastic for the right and left sides it's there a very subtle change but the added texture on the sides makes for a better grip if you tend to lift your mouse a lot but the core contact point for your fingers being a little softer adds to
the comfort equally I tend to have somewhat clammy your hands which is constantly pointed out by those who impolitely decide to take over my mouse control kind of over my shoulder normally this has just met with hand retraction but even after longer periods of use the pulse fire surge still felt soft rather than slippy and looked unused you have smaller forward and backwards buttons on the left hand side and a glossy black plastic and a single as standard dpi
switch at the top sitting behind the rubberized scroll wheel the scroll wheel feels really solid with quick clicks up and down and limited travel in between increases and decreases each movement feels intentional without any sponginess but it's not so rock solid that you can't quickly scroll through web pages for the left and right click spoke feels solid and immediate and it's nice to see that on run switches are here good for a solid 50 million clicks on the base of the mouse you find massive front and back feet which are both really be for easy skating around
your mouse pad and the pics rpm w33 8/9 sensor which boasts resolutions of up to 16,000 dpi the USB 2.0 cable is braided as well which is nice to see but I found the tighter braid with the firmer in a cable meant that although tangle free the cable wasn't really loose it did tend to take on a shape and stay that way rather than being soft and malleable it is worth noting that this will likely loosen over time though one element I felt had been a potential miss is the lack of left-handed use the mouthful is a relatively symmetrical design and it would have been nice to see
forward and backward buttons on the right as well to enable this ambidextrous use of course I appreciate more switches means a higher cost but for me extra buttons means a higher level of customization which would have also been very cool this is also somewhat the case for the DPI switch you only have the option of cycling up in values with No Deal switch there is no option to move quickly down personally I tend to remap the DPI switches for volume up and down when in non-gaming use and it was a bit of a shame not to have this option with the pulsefire search
on the desk it's immediately apparent that this mouse will find it hard to please someone who has bigger hands and prefers a palm grip I don't have massive hands but rather longer skeletal fingers and normally with my gigabytes XM 300 my hand sits very naturally across the body and I am easily able to reach both mouse clicks with my palm resting comfortably on the back of the body immediately when grabbing the pulse fire surge it became obvious that it wasn't suited to my hand sighs I could palm grip it but my fingers easily overextended the right and
left clicks and this also resulted in my thumb being misaligned from the forwards and backwards buttons with quite a stretch required to reach them this mouse is far more suited to a finger only grip unless you have smaller hands but rather than finding this to foreign considering my preferences and longer fingers I actually quite liked the slightly weightier denser nature when using in this grip it became really easy to maneuver or quickly pass from finger to finger and the weight adds a little bit more to the mouse's momentum when you get it
going allowing for much quicker and sharper movements not necessarily more accurate but I found even with a higher dpi across my dealing wanted to set up that I could quickly move from one screen to another with just small movements of my fingers rather than swinging my whole hand around onto performance the pulse fire search is Roxxon in this respect as mentioned before the sensor of choices the picsArt pmw three three eight nine which works incredibly well I had no issues with the responsiveness even on different surfaces and my cursor or crosshair
seems to always be on point I have played with core tracking lights in the past jumping around the screen super noticeably or even just enough to deviate from a head shot and with the pulse fire surge there was none of this in gaming although you can jump all the way to 16,000 dpi I tended to flip between some of the presets 1600 and 3200 dpi it is nice to see that there is some flexibility with increments of 50 dpi up and down and this is all programmable through the
software although I have been spending some time on divinity original sin to the search really came alive in FPS titles and it proved a clear winner in overwatch and pub G from a Productivity standpoint I would personally stick with a slightly larger more hand rest of all Mouse but the smaller size and sweeter super-smooth feet made significantly more sense in faster paced games allowing me to cover much greater distances on my mousepad with much
less delay both the right and left clicks also felt really responsive and precise leaving me in no doubt that when missing catastrophic ly it was purely down to my poor abilities then underperforming peripherals moving into software there are a host of options for adjusting performance things within key assignment you have the option of customizing each of the mouse buttons with a range of different commands either keyboard windows or multimedia functions and evens opening specific applications or files which is kind of interesting there is
also super easy to reach options for switching your left and right clicks again suggesting this Mouse would be a great option for left-handed use if you're willing to forego the forward and backwards buttons the performance options allow customization and colorization of dpi adjustments and as the pulse fire surge only offers a single button for dpi adjustments it's nice that you can simplify these options if you prefer only a couple rather than clicking through a full five levels if you do decide to go for the full five levels of adjustment the lighting assignment
of each value also temporarily flashes across the mouse before it returns to its predefined lighting option so you can actually receive a color indication of which dpi option you've selected which is actually a really nice touch as you would expect from a gaming mouse macros are also possible and also what's really nice to see is inbuilt storage for up to three profiles so if you prefer to travel with your mouse you can backup a number of different preferences and take them with you it's also cool to see that you can flip between these profiles using a combination
of the DPI and mouse wheel click on the fly and even adjusting lighting brightness with the same dpi button and forward and backward buttons on the mouse moving on to the lighting the RGB in the name suggests some strong customisation options for the mouse appearance and initially I will say I really like how the RGB illumination has been applied the single LED strip wrapped around the mouse is one of the classier implementations I have seen and the addition of the illuminated HyperX logo is also a welcomed inclusion when booting up the software you
agree to it with a relatively plain interface and initially was a little bit tricky from the outset to make my customizations I elected not to mess with the default and keep that standard but to actually start making real changes you have to make and save a new profile and then hit customize Lighting has loads of options for either solid single color wave color cycle breathing and trigger modes even with these modes you can enable selections of colors the direction of movement around the mouse and the speed as well it's also nice to see that you can adjust your
colors using RGB numerical if you are working towards something very specific if you decide to jump into the advanced mode you were greeted with individual LED assignment which suddenly becomes pretty intense you can pick specific colors for each led around the mouse and options for the logo as well it's nice to see so much flexibility and software for even a mouse and shows that adding the RGB functionality has been well thought through rather than just being chucked on to join the crowd overall I was left really impressed the pulse fire surges build
quality is excellent and it feels really solid and nice it touches like the braided cable and slight even variances and materials for better grip definitely has the more premium feel I like that the RGB implementation was well thought through and customizations through the HyperX ingenuity software works really well as well it never felt buggy or rushed leaving me feeling that this has always been intentional rather than just an afterthought to join the current hordes of other RGB peripherals available in gaming it couldn't be faulted although not the best option
for say like mmo's the weight and smaller size allowed for super speedy movements in FPS and although I found there was a small learning curve due to my preference of grit this is relatively subjective and I'm sure those who take their gaming a little bit more seriously would have no problems adjusting so in summary the HyperX pulsefire surcharge EP is on the surface and in the hand a stripped out seemingly basic gaming mouse that is backed up by actually great
software and good looking lights for those looking to up their competitive game and for the price it is definitely worth a look .
first launch and then for an extra $ they later on came up with the pro version of the exact same mouse that came with a better sensor and of course RGB lining now we have this the pulse fire search that retails for $ and this thing is a well rounded package for that price because it's got a fantastic sensor great ergonomics and the RGB lighting is just amazing especially since it's 2018 and you know you've got to have it on a gaming mouse at this point so given how saturated the gaming mice market is this HyperX really have a chance to compete
with the big brands like logitech SteelSeries and a few more well let's find out but first a quick message from our sponsor the new master keys MK 750 keyboard comes with a comfortable magnetic wrist rest beautiful RGB light bar on the perimeter and perky lighting control with a variety of Cherry MX switches and the bottom type-c connection cooler master doing it right check it out below okay so I'm aware of some of the quality control issues that some existing owners of this particular Mouse have experienced especially with the primary left and right
click buttons essentially the gap between those two buttons were was pretty minimal so when you're clicking them both of them would sort of actuate at the same time and it was pretty uncomfortable rex has addressed that problem by increasing the gap and they've addressed that very quickly so if you have a defected unit you can actually fill out this form online with the model number located behind the mouse and then you HyperX will take care of you right
away so I'll leave a link to that form in the description down below just in case but I do have the unit that has been completely addressed so let's move on to the review kicking things off let's talk about the design and HyperX has taken a safer up this time with a somewhat minimalist approach there's nothing aggressive here which I really like the body is ambidextrous although the forward and backward buttons are right hand only it is a little bit on the slimmer side when compared to my g43 wireless mouse but given that I have big hands the klog grip was my
preferred setting but if you have smaller hands you can comfortably rest your palms on top of the body and I have to say throughout my usage both editing and gaming on it the experience was really comfortable you really have to feel this mouse for yourself in the first place because it really is an amazing body it's very compact not too super bulky so if you're looking for something a little bit on the portable side as well this is certainly something that you should look into the build quality of this mouse is really good for the price it's mostly constructed out
of hard plastic materials and I didn't experience any signs of creaking which is awesome I also appreciate the matte texture choice throughout the body it really complements the grip and it's miles better than the glossy plastic finishes did you get with some other gaming mice that also attracts scratches and grease easily the mouse weighs at a hundred grams which might be a little bit on the heavier side for some users but I was pretty comfortable gaming on it do note that the weight isn't customizable the cable is braided but unfortunately it's pretty quick at
forming kinks and part of that has to do with the thickness of the braid and the type of material that they've used now ironically the HyperX cloud alpha gaming headset comes with this amazing braided cable it's super smooth and very flexible so there's really form kings that easily and I really wish if they use the same material choice or the headset cable on the mouse because really as you can see it's just it's not gonna last that long at least that's what I think but you can easily address this issue by adding a mouse bungee to your setup but if you're on the
other side of the train or this might be an annoying factor now I do have a question for you guys though do you think switching to this might be one of the reasons why you know gamers are switching to a wireless setup because you know not being able to deal with the cables and all that kind of stuff is it is a primary reason to switch from a wired gaming mouse to a wireless gaming mouse I don't know let me know in the comments down below the pulsefire search
features amnon switches rated for fifty million clicks which is amazing and the primary left and right buttons feature great tactile feedback they don't require a lot of pressure to press which is nice so you can concentrate more on the gameplay the scroll wheel has a nice grip to it and the scroll are well defined which is great the DPI shift button is right beside it and it can cycle between three different deepened levels plus there are some key combinations that can let you adjust certain settings within the mouse for example if you want to adjust the brightness of the LED you just have to hold down the dpi shift button and had the backward button to reduce
the brightness and you know turn off the RGB lining but if you want to increase it and if you want to turn that back on you can hit the DPI shift button and press the forward button it's very intuitive again little details that sort of add to an amazing experience using this mouse moving on to the sensor well this mouse feature is the Pixar 3389 optical sensor that's rated to go as far as 16,000 dpi which is again way to overkill but at this point I think it's just a marketing gimmick I was really comfortable gaming at the standard you know 800 to a
thousand dpi which is sort of my preferred setting but needless to say tracking has been fantastic and I really enjoyed my time both editing and gaming on it jumping into a quick battlefield one session I was able to quickly aim and shoot my targets faster there was also zero acceleration which was amazing and liftoff distance is also very low meaning when you're adjusting or readjusting your position you won't really experience any interruptions within the
gameplay the defined scroll snaps really help when it comes to switching weapons so overall a fantastic gaming experience that you're getting for you know what else you do get for RGB lighting my friends and this mouse looks absolutely stunning especially in the dark there is a subtle lighting throughout the body that looks very consistent the diffusion is also very nice and the gradient is certainly minimal it's super smooth so you're really not going to notice the LEDs
inside it really looks amazing in the dark and it gives you a cool 360 degrees subtle effect there are two individual zones that you can customize so there's the logo that's located in the palm rest area and you can also adjust the individual LED colors within the mouse which is also pretty nice the drivers software is actually fairly easier to navigate around with as you can see you're greeted with a physical overview the mouse but I do want to point out that you have to create a profile in order to customize the functions like lighting and all that kind of stuff it's not
a really big deal but it's something to keep note of and as you can see on the left hand side you do have the option to adjust the lighting on it so you can cycle between different effects like solid color cycle breathing wave trigger and of course you do have the option to turn the lining completely off if you're not a fan of RGB la now when they switch over to the advanced tab this is where things get a little bit interesting because you now have the ability to individually adjust the colors on the LEDs depending on the effect and you also have the ability to adjust the
lighting effects along the speed and of course the direction as well as that's awesome moving on to the performance tab and that's where you have the ability to adjust the DPI but what's really interesting is you can assign an individual color to a certain dpi so if you are switching between certain dpi levels the mouse will actually illuminate at a specific or respective color depending on your choice and what's even cool is that there's a little pop-up notification that shows on the
desktop indicating what dpi level you've chose so all these little things really add to an amazing experience using the pulsefire surge and finally there's macro recording on the pulse fire surge along with the ability to store profiles within the mouse so that's pretty nice so to conclude the pulse fire search from HyperX is a fantastic mouse for the price you really can't go wrong with this mouse because you're getting an amazing package with great sensor performance the button clicks of the online switches are fantastic the body by itself is also very
comfortable to use and you cannot go wrong with the lighting on this mouse because it really competes with what razer offers so some of their gaming mice as well so really it is an awesome package and I think this starts an interesting conversation as to what HyperX has planned for the future because if you think about it HyperX started selling fantastic gaming headsets within a sub one and Adella price range and then they moved on to gaming keyboards
starting with the a low FPS then came the a low elite eye which we've done a full review on and it can check it out right over here and then they came out with the RGB version optilead where you can adjust the color or the RGB lining through the drivers software so just like what Corsair has with their gaming keyboards their gaming mice and their gaming headsets hi 4x is taking the same approach by introducing this whole new ecosystem of gaming peripherals and
I'm really curious to know your thoughts on the pulsefire surge is it an underrated Mouse for 2018 but more specifically if you're looking for a mouse within the sub 1 and another price range and if you don't want to spend on a gaming mouse and considering that this is only there's only cost like and you get an amazing package for that you know with great
RGB lighting fantastic sense of performance and just great ergonomics would you actually consider this I'd love to know your thoughts in the comments I need better with hardware connects
a review of the HyperX pulsefire surge RGB Gaming Mouse now you all have been requested in the heck out of this mouse and let me tell you what you guys were right spoiler alert this mouse is fantastic let's take a look at it alright so what did you guys think about the close-ups of this mouse right here I just gotta say wow I mean this thing is absolutely gorge I don't know maybe it's just all the black white and red I got going on here but I'm loving it but not even just the black white and red we got going on here which obviously I love you know what I mean this
mouse feels amazing in the hand it really feels like just a premium product it's fantastic it really is let me just cover one thing real quick again this is newer I just recently purchased this right here I've seen a lot of other reviews I've read a lot of bad where people said the mouse buttons would kind of hit each other with a lot of wobble up there and it kind of Clank in each other this mouse does not do that and just to show you what I'm talking about it's right up here you do got a little bit of travel within a mouse but pushing all the way in as you see they do not
touch now I guess when this mouse first released when some of those older reviews were they used to touch right there but again this copy where I've read that they've updated it they do not touch up there so now as far as the mouse itself and everything the whole coding of the mouse is real nice you get that like rubber soft touch feel around the entire thing even on these sides right here and it feels fantastic you got a really nice grip on it your USB is braided it's quite
firm actually I mean it's not move and as you see I had to get pretty close to get it to budge right there but it is a pretty strong USB maybe you get a bungee you'd be better off with it right there it's not too bad by any means pretty nice but again as far as the coating and use it in your hand as you see the bottom I got these massive feet on the front and back right there glides fantastic really really nice glide right here now I'm using a hyper X extra large mouse pad right here and this isn't one of the really fast mouse pad was kind of one you want to use if you want to have
that really precise kind of pinpoint right there and a stop for you know what I mean but it just feels butter smooth you don't hear any scraping on or anything really nice emotion right there as far as the sensors using a picsArt 3389 sensor as well and again spot-on really really nice now as far as dimensions on a hyper X pulse fire surge right here it is 120 millimeters long 63 millimeters wide and then 41 millimeters tall and as far as the way it's coming in at right at a
hundred grams no I know there's someone out there probably quite a few people out there considering its light weight Mouse craze right now oh man that's just too stinkin heavy and it's really not anything right at a hundred grams maybe when you start getting over 100 grams a little bit 120 maybe you'll start getting a little bit heavy but that's still not like drastically heavy like you're not moister around this Bricker and if they hit I mean hundred grams isn't bad at
all I mean come on I mean this thing is incredibly balanced nice and evenly bounced across the entire Mouse right here and you get it in your hands you get that grip right there you can palm grip this get a claw a fingertip any sort of grip style fits perfectly with this guy and it feels fantastic again when you talk about like a heavy Mouse and a lightweight Mouse and everything where you're really going to catch that difference as as far as your grip and how it fits your hand more than that way you know because again if it's all cockeyed and Greg reared
in your hand you know it's gonna feel a lot heavier than it really is you go with the lightweight mouse and the grips not great for you you know what I mean now speaking of that great shape and all as you can see we have the ambidextrous shape here with only buttons on one side but it doesn't swoop in too drastically on the side right here again you can kind of get down here and your fingers just fit perfect talking about fingers being perfect take a look at these side buttons
right here so as you can see you get that palm grip and check out those buttons like my thumbs almost on the mousepad so I don't really got to raise them up or anything BAM they are right there and it pushed forward a little bit nice gap in the middle to decipher them oh man I'm tiny it is just perfect also with the front front fingers here you got little mild finger grooves very nice scroll wheels not raised up too much just perfect right there and also the clicks on this mass are just fantastic let's get the sound test now if there's one thing I can say might take a little while to
get used to or might have a little bit of different feel like it did for me as far as that shape again on the back here's you saw any closer right there it's almost like an egg hump right back here right it's not very wide by any means very nice for any hand shaped small medium or large right but again you kind of have the egg shape right back there so it kind of comes and get you right into your palm right there again if your palm gripping it fits perfect you know what I mean but again it's more of that egg shape rather than that really wide palm grip you're used to
right there so that takes a little while to get used to kind of feels like it's just sitting right in the back of your hand but again after using them for a while I mean it's just fantastic again for any grip all right so now we are any HyperX off for real quick as far as a main page right here we have our mouse and over here is just some previews of your mouse there I'm if you can create different profiles if you desire we're in our default here let's go on to click on customize and it's
pretty cool when we get in here to the lighting as you see this isn't standard and you have all these different effects right here and you can adjust the lights around the side of it and then the logo right there as far as again an effect or your custom color but real quick whirring here let's click on advanced and holy smokes this is just awesome right here again as you can see we're on a ring which is the lights going around it right there and every single one of these squares is a little light there that you can adjust whatever color you want on this guy yeah it got a little fade
going into one to the other but where that really comes into play if you keep it on that rainbow effect really cool and a really nice motion going around the mouse there this our TV's awesome again you can go in here to each one of these squares and set it to a different color if you desire like that is thinking awesome then you come back here and actually adjust your logo as well put on one of the effects or just a solid right there I mean wow the RGB on this thing is phenomenal and it looks great to come out here and you got your performance which you can adjust your
dpi in increments of 50 as far as the colors by the way you can set five of them I usually just keep one active just so I don't get any missed presses or anything and you can select the color of that so say let's get down here to red BAM and we set that dpi to red or whichever ones you have right there and you just press your dpi button and it just flashes around the mouse it doesn't stay lit up better anywhere it's just whenever you initially press it you'll see that initial flash right this is real nice it doesn't mess with any or other RGB effects or anything BAM it's right there and then you're set to it you know pretty cool yet your macros Danny customize
your buttons and everything macro library if you're into all that stuff as far as the software I mean it is fantastic very easy to use and again the RGB Wow stinking awesome are so here you go if you want to see what I was just talking about within that software check out the motion of that RGB Wow I mean it is so stinking smooth all the way around it again you have the logo back there and everything and it is just butter smooth it looks so stinking good I mean look at
he just go so nice it's very bright and vibrant as well and let me tell you what the thing that tops this mouse off is the price regular MSRP on this mouse worth every single penny hands-down easily but it's always on sale these days what a deal right now the time of me this review and posting is I'm gonna push the real quick so I want to be able to catch the sale right now on Amazon I'm over here spitting I'm so excited about that price but again let's say regular MSRP of 55 but again it's
always 49 wow what a steel here we're all going crazy I want to say we're all but a lot of us after going crazy about this model oh right mouse you know no way you passed that mouse up and you get this mouse right here I highly recommend it only a hundred grams to build is fantastic the design the aesthetics that just the look of this thing is an amazing Mouse this is the Mouse you want to get and I truly mean this I mean HyperX didn't send this out for review or anything I paid for this with my own money I truly truly mean this this is one of the hardest
mice to take off my desk to move on to start testing some other mice right there you know what I mean it was very hard to get this off you know what I think I'm just gonna put it on my desk and give it a spot there after this review let me know down in the comments if you use a HyperX pulsefire surge mouse or if you used it before and what did you think about it again I must have an updated model here and I am that they've updated before you read some other reviews or watch some other reviews people talking about that button issue again I've read that
they've updated it and I can tell you that for a fact that my model does not do that button pressing upfront there and this is all around a complete solid package if you're shopping for a mouse right now click on that thing I'll have that link right down in the description right there Oh see the link for this mouse pad as well but again even that regular MSRP yes I think you should get this thing hands down but if you can scoop it up right now at
that price don't question it added your car and get it for that deal right now it is that good but hey thank you so much we'll stop by and watch this one I highly appreciate how about so I'm gonna help you out with your purchase a little bit
configuration with right mouse button is forward left mouse button as fire and when I press them down the buttons actually hit each other if you can't see that here's a listen I'm sure someone can modify these buttons that they don't do that but I don't have the tools or the experience okay with that out of the way here's a tour and also look at how much they got right the top is a smooth plastic which feels good on the palm both sides have a rubberized texture that feels really good combine that with the curves for gripping comfort and this bus feels really
good for general use and in game it does flare out a little at the back I usually prefer just a flat side but this actually does feel good with the film and also the little finger on the other side that also means it's an ambidextrous design but with buttons on the left only there are slight comfort curves in the buttons which could have been deeper but still good overall it's just a great shape I hope they continue to work with this one because it should suit a lot of people it will most likely depend on the hand size so either fingers it's about five point nine centimeters 12
centimeters long and the height is 4 centimeters or 1 point 6 inches gradual slope on the buttons highest point toward the back this actually feels pretty good in palm grip for me so it could suit hands up to 18 point 5 centimeters in palm claw would be up to 21 centimeters and fingertip above 17.5 ideally though I think it would be best in 20 by 10 centimeter hands in claw or fingertip for comparison here it is next to the abysus and deathadder I wouldn't say it's a large
or medium mouse more in between the two now for being game testing it's a 3389 optical sensor so it should be a top performance no problem rocket jumping around as usual I can't make it spin out even moving it as fast as I can and no spin out in the totes line test either zooming in it tracks pixel by pixel and it does it smoothly no acceleration as far as I can tell and while here no ghosting on the bottoms either the line tester looks good no issues that I can see and in the latency testing its goes about the same as a Jean 100 so all good there now here's a listen to the
clicks for quality and volume other than the problem with them hitting each other left and right feel pretty decent but there is a bit of a balance like an echo it's hard to describe so I'll just say the decent but could be better the will is low a bit harder to person and it's smooth while also having steps so while it could be a bit tighter it's quite good as it is for browsing and gaming the side buttons are good except I'd probably reduce the trifle distance just a bit and the DPI button is standard bit out of the way overall I'm happy with them but as always they could be
made better build quality wise it seemed solid tapping and shaking it I don't hear any rattles the cable is braided smoother than 1.8 meters and it's actually fairly flexible no trouble in a mouse bungee where most competitive players might be letdown is with the weight 104 grams is a bit heavy these days I would have liked to see this between 80 and 90 but that's personal preference so some people might like it the weight distribution feels a little more toward the back but it's fairly in line with a sensor the two large Mouse feet you see here glide quite
smoothly and that's tested on a few parts all good there in the software you have a fair few lighting options and you can adjust the LEDs individually or together you have a few presets and can change the direction and speed in performance you can set up to five dpi stages which go from 100 to 16,000 in steps of 50 and you can set a color forage to help you remember you can also make macros which picks up on mouseville clicks and keyboard you can alter the buttons with keyboard commands mass dpi multimedia and some other options so all in all
good straight to the point software with a fair bit of functionality given how basic it is here's a look at the lighting in action and I plugged it into another computer and it didn't seem to remember my settings so you probably need software for this one now some highlights while I give my conclusion wow what an improvement hyperox really stepped up the game for this mouse way beyond my expectations they have pretty much everything right and maybe most
people won't be affected by the mouse button issue it just affected me a lot because I have two major commands on forward and shoot that said that does need to be fixed other people might not mind the weight but if they just fixed the problems I've mentioned I might have actually put this in the top ten because the cable feet sensor shape materials performance and more is off with the best so it's a great Mouse but it still needs some work and at this rate we might be
seeing HyperX in the top 10 very soon I actually played quite well with it despite it being a bit big for me definitely looking forward to more mice from hyperox in future
the HyperX pulse fire surge RGB mouse so let's start with the basics the pulse fire surge RGB boasts not only pinpoint precision but in the UK you also get spectacular lighting effects and a two-year warranty which probably won't cover throwing it at the screen but it's nice to see HyperX is confidence and to know that you're covered in case of issues in the box we find the mouse itself and a number of documents including a Quick Start Guide and that's kind of it it would have been nice to see a couple of replacement feet just in
case on a side note kudos for the somewhat cool packaging not premium but seems very intentional how each piece integrates and reinforces the next it feels like somebody really took their time to design this so it's worth a mention when first holding the mouse it's impressive how solid the mouse feels for its smaller profile and size the plastic construction doesn't feel cheap and there is no give when you squeeze it the moderate weights at a hundred grams for
the mouse alone and smaller size has the pulse fire surge feeling almost like a smooth pebble it's quite pleasing to the touch materials are also interesting you have a smoother soft touch plastic for the top panel of the mouse with slightly more granular plastic for the right and left sides it's there a very subtle change but the added texture on the sides makes for a better grip if you tend to lift your mouse a lot but the core contact point for your fingers being a little softer adds to
the comfort equally I tend to have somewhat clammy your hands which is constantly pointed out by those who impolitely decide to take over my mouse control kind of over my shoulder normally this has just met with hand retraction but even after longer periods of use the pulse fire surge still felt soft rather than slippy and looked unused you have smaller forward and backwards buttons on the left hand side and a glossy black plastic and a single as standard dpi
switch at the top sitting behind the rubberized scroll wheel the scroll wheel feels really solid with quick clicks up and down and limited travel in between increases and decreases each movement feels intentional without any sponginess but it's not so rock solid that you can't quickly scroll through web pages for the left and right click spoke feels solid and immediate and it's nice to see that on run switches are here good for a solid 50 million clicks on the base of the mouse you find massive front and back feet which are both really be for easy skating around
your mouse pad and the pics rpm w33 8/9 sensor which boasts resolutions of up to 16,000 dpi the USB 2.0 cable is braided as well which is nice to see but I found the tighter braid with the firmer in a cable meant that although tangle free the cable wasn't really loose it did tend to take on a shape and stay that way rather than being soft and malleable it is worth noting that this will likely loosen over time though one element I felt had been a potential miss is the lack of left-handed use the mouthful is a relatively symmetrical design and it would have been nice to see
forward and backward buttons on the right as well to enable this ambidextrous use of course I appreciate more switches means a higher cost but for me extra buttons means a higher level of customization which would have also been very cool this is also somewhat the case for the DPI switch you only have the option of cycling up in values with No Deal switch there is no option to move quickly down personally I tend to remap the DPI switches for volume up and down when in non-gaming use and it was a bit of a shame not to have this option with the pulsefire search
on the desk it's immediately apparent that this mouse will find it hard to please someone who has bigger hands and prefers a palm grip I don't have massive hands but rather longer skeletal fingers and normally with my gigabytes XM 300 my hand sits very naturally across the body and I am easily able to reach both mouse clicks with my palm resting comfortably on the back of the body immediately when grabbing the pulse fire surge it became obvious that it wasn't suited to my hand sighs I could palm grip it but my fingers easily overextended the right and
left clicks and this also resulted in my thumb being misaligned from the forwards and backwards buttons with quite a stretch required to reach them this mouse is far more suited to a finger only grip unless you have smaller hands but rather than finding this to foreign considering my preferences and longer fingers I actually quite liked the slightly weightier denser nature when using in this grip it became really easy to maneuver or quickly pass from finger to finger and the weight adds a little bit more to the mouse's momentum when you get it
going allowing for much quicker and sharper movements not necessarily more accurate but I found even with a higher dpi across my dealing wanted to set up that I could quickly move from one screen to another with just small movements of my fingers rather than swinging my whole hand around onto performance the pulse fire search is Roxxon in this respect as mentioned before the sensor of choices the picsArt pmw three three eight nine which works incredibly well I had no issues with the responsiveness even on different surfaces and my cursor or crosshair
seems to always be on point I have played with core tracking lights in the past jumping around the screen super noticeably or even just enough to deviate from a head shot and with the pulse fire surge there was none of this in gaming although you can jump all the way to 16,000 dpi I tended to flip between some of the presets 1600 and 3200 dpi it is nice to see that there is some flexibility with increments of 50 dpi up and down and this is all programmable through the
software although I have been spending some time on divinity original sin to the search really came alive in FPS titles and it proved a clear winner in overwatch and pub G from a Productivity standpoint I would personally stick with a slightly larger more hand rest of all Mouse but the smaller size and sweeter super-smooth feet made significantly more sense in faster paced games allowing me to cover much greater distances on my mousepad with much
less delay both the right and left clicks also felt really responsive and precise leaving me in no doubt that when missing catastrophic ly it was purely down to my poor abilities then underperforming peripherals moving into software there are a host of options for adjusting performance things within key assignment you have the option of customizing each of the mouse buttons with a range of different commands either keyboard windows or multimedia functions and evens opening specific applications or files which is kind of interesting there is
also super easy to reach options for switching your left and right clicks again suggesting this Mouse would be a great option for left-handed use if you're willing to forego the forward and backwards buttons the performance options allow customization and colorization of dpi adjustments and as the pulse fire surge only offers a single button for dpi adjustments it's nice that you can simplify these options if you prefer only a couple rather than clicking through a full five levels if you do decide to go for the full five levels of adjustment the lighting assignment
of each value also temporarily flashes across the mouse before it returns to its predefined lighting option so you can actually receive a color indication of which dpi option you've selected which is actually a really nice touch as you would expect from a gaming mouse macros are also possible and also what's really nice to see is inbuilt storage for up to three profiles so if you prefer to travel with your mouse you can backup a number of different preferences and take them with you it's also cool to see that you can flip between these profiles using a combination
of the DPI and mouse wheel click on the fly and even adjusting lighting brightness with the same dpi button and forward and backward buttons on the mouse moving on to the lighting the RGB in the name suggests some strong customisation options for the mouse appearance and initially I will say I really like how the RGB illumination has been applied the single LED strip wrapped around the mouse is one of the classier implementations I have seen and the addition of the illuminated HyperX logo is also a welcomed inclusion when booting up the software you
agree to it with a relatively plain interface and initially was a little bit tricky from the outset to make my customizations I elected not to mess with the default and keep that standard but to actually start making real changes you have to make and save a new profile and then hit customize Lighting has loads of options for either solid single color wave color cycle breathing and trigger modes even with these modes you can enable selections of colors the direction of movement around the mouse and the speed as well it's also nice to see that you can adjust your
colors using RGB numerical if you are working towards something very specific if you decide to jump into the advanced mode you were greeted with individual LED assignment which suddenly becomes pretty intense you can pick specific colors for each led around the mouse and options for the logo as well it's nice to see so much flexibility and software for even a mouse and shows that adding the RGB functionality has been well thought through rather than just being chucked on to join the crowd overall I was left really impressed the pulse fire surges build
quality is excellent and it feels really solid and nice it touches like the braided cable and slight even variances and materials for better grip definitely has the more premium feel I like that the RGB implementation was well thought through and customizations through the HyperX ingenuity software works really well as well it never felt buggy or rushed leaving me feeling that this has always been intentional rather than just an afterthought to join the current hordes of other RGB peripherals available in gaming it couldn't be faulted although not the best option
for say like mmo's the weight and smaller size allowed for super speedy movements in FPS and although I found there was a small learning curve due to my preference of grit this is relatively subjective and I'm sure those who take their gaming a little bit more seriously would have no problems adjusting so in summary the HyperX pulsefire surcharge EP is on the surface and in the hand a stripped out seemingly basic gaming mouse that is backed up by actually great
software and good looking lights for those looking to up their competitive game and for the price it is definitely worth a look .
HyperX Pulsefire Surge - RGB Wired Optical Gaming Mouse review
with hard-working axe and in a world where wireless gaming mice are slowly start dominate the peripheral market space it's always good to go back and check out some amazing Wired gaming mouse and in this case I'm very excited to share my experience using the HyperX pulse fire surge gaming mouse you heard that right a gaming mouse from HyperX in fact their very first entry into the gaming mice market was with the launch of the pulse fire FPS mouse that which was amazing considering an entry-level product especially for their veryfirst launch and then for an extra $ they later on came up with the pro version of the exact same mouse that came with a better sensor and of course RGB lining now we have this the pulse fire search that retails for $ and this thing is a well rounded package for that price because it's got a fantastic sensor great ergonomics and the RGB lighting is just amazing especially since it's 2018 and you know you've got to have it on a gaming mouse at this point so given how saturated the gaming mice market is this HyperX really have a chance to compete
with the big brands like logitech SteelSeries and a few more well let's find out but first a quick message from our sponsor the new master keys MK 750 keyboard comes with a comfortable magnetic wrist rest beautiful RGB light bar on the perimeter and perky lighting control with a variety of Cherry MX switches and the bottom type-c connection cooler master doing it right check it out below okay so I'm aware of some of the quality control issues that some existing owners of this particular Mouse have experienced especially with the primary left and right
click buttons essentially the gap between those two buttons were was pretty minimal so when you're clicking them both of them would sort of actuate at the same time and it was pretty uncomfortable rex has addressed that problem by increasing the gap and they've addressed that very quickly so if you have a defected unit you can actually fill out this form online with the model number located behind the mouse and then you HyperX will take care of you right
away so I'll leave a link to that form in the description down below just in case but I do have the unit that has been completely addressed so let's move on to the review kicking things off let's talk about the design and HyperX has taken a safer up this time with a somewhat minimalist approach there's nothing aggressive here which I really like the body is ambidextrous although the forward and backward buttons are right hand only it is a little bit on the slimmer side when compared to my g43 wireless mouse but given that I have big hands the klog grip was my
preferred setting but if you have smaller hands you can comfortably rest your palms on top of the body and I have to say throughout my usage both editing and gaming on it the experience was really comfortable you really have to feel this mouse for yourself in the first place because it really is an amazing body it's very compact not too super bulky so if you're looking for something a little bit on the portable side as well this is certainly something that you should look into the build quality of this mouse is really good for the price it's mostly constructed out
of hard plastic materials and I didn't experience any signs of creaking which is awesome I also appreciate the matte texture choice throughout the body it really complements the grip and it's miles better than the glossy plastic finishes did you get with some other gaming mice that also attracts scratches and grease easily the mouse weighs at a hundred grams which might be a little bit on the heavier side for some users but I was pretty comfortable gaming on it do note that the weight isn't customizable the cable is braided but unfortunately it's pretty quick at
forming kinks and part of that has to do with the thickness of the braid and the type of material that they've used now ironically the HyperX cloud alpha gaming headset comes with this amazing braided cable it's super smooth and very flexible so there's really form kings that easily and I really wish if they use the same material choice or the headset cable on the mouse because really as you can see it's just it's not gonna last that long at least that's what I think but you can easily address this issue by adding a mouse bungee to your setup but if you're on the
other side of the train or this might be an annoying factor now I do have a question for you guys though do you think switching to this might be one of the reasons why you know gamers are switching to a wireless setup because you know not being able to deal with the cables and all that kind of stuff is it is a primary reason to switch from a wired gaming mouse to a wireless gaming mouse I don't know let me know in the comments down below the pulsefire search
features amnon switches rated for fifty million clicks which is amazing and the primary left and right buttons feature great tactile feedback they don't require a lot of pressure to press which is nice so you can concentrate more on the gameplay the scroll wheel has a nice grip to it and the scroll are well defined which is great the DPI shift button is right beside it and it can cycle between three different deepened levels plus there are some key combinations that can let you adjust certain settings within the mouse for example if you want to adjust the brightness of the LED you just have to hold down the dpi shift button and had the backward button to reduce
the brightness and you know turn off the RGB lining but if you want to increase it and if you want to turn that back on you can hit the DPI shift button and press the forward button it's very intuitive again little details that sort of add to an amazing experience using this mouse moving on to the sensor well this mouse feature is the Pixar 3389 optical sensor that's rated to go as far as 16,000 dpi which is again way to overkill but at this point I think it's just a marketing gimmick I was really comfortable gaming at the standard you know 800 to a
thousand dpi which is sort of my preferred setting but needless to say tracking has been fantastic and I really enjoyed my time both editing and gaming on it jumping into a quick battlefield one session I was able to quickly aim and shoot my targets faster there was also zero acceleration which was amazing and liftoff distance is also very low meaning when you're adjusting or readjusting your position you won't really experience any interruptions within the
gameplay the defined scroll snaps really help when it comes to switching weapons so overall a fantastic gaming experience that you're getting for you know what else you do get for RGB lighting my friends and this mouse looks absolutely stunning especially in the dark there is a subtle lighting throughout the body that looks very consistent the diffusion is also very nice and the gradient is certainly minimal it's super smooth so you're really not going to notice the LEDs
inside it really looks amazing in the dark and it gives you a cool 360 degrees subtle effect there are two individual zones that you can customize so there's the logo that's located in the palm rest area and you can also adjust the individual LED colors within the mouse which is also pretty nice the drivers software is actually fairly easier to navigate around with as you can see you're greeted with a physical overview the mouse but I do want to point out that you have to create a profile in order to customize the functions like lighting and all that kind of stuff it's not
a really big deal but it's something to keep note of and as you can see on the left hand side you do have the option to adjust the lighting on it so you can cycle between different effects like solid color cycle breathing wave trigger and of course you do have the option to turn the lining completely off if you're not a fan of RGB la now when they switch over to the advanced tab this is where things get a little bit interesting because you now have the ability to individually adjust the colors on the LEDs depending on the effect and you also have the ability to adjust the
lighting effects along the speed and of course the direction as well as that's awesome moving on to the performance tab and that's where you have the ability to adjust the DPI but what's really interesting is you can assign an individual color to a certain dpi so if you are switching between certain dpi levels the mouse will actually illuminate at a specific or respective color depending on your choice and what's even cool is that there's a little pop-up notification that shows on the
desktop indicating what dpi level you've chose so all these little things really add to an amazing experience using the pulsefire surge and finally there's macro recording on the pulse fire surge along with the ability to store profiles within the mouse so that's pretty nice so to conclude the pulse fire search from HyperX is a fantastic mouse for the price you really can't go wrong with this mouse because you're getting an amazing package with great sensor performance the button clicks of the online switches are fantastic the body by itself is also very
comfortable to use and you cannot go wrong with the lighting on this mouse because it really competes with what razer offers so some of their gaming mice as well so really it is an awesome package and I think this starts an interesting conversation as to what HyperX has planned for the future because if you think about it HyperX started selling fantastic gaming headsets within a sub one and Adella price range and then they moved on to gaming keyboards
starting with the a low FPS then came the a low elite eye which we've done a full review on and it can check it out right over here and then they came out with the RGB version optilead where you can adjust the color or the RGB lining through the drivers software so just like what Corsair has with their gaming keyboards their gaming mice and their gaming headsets hi 4x is taking the same approach by introducing this whole new ecosystem of gaming peripherals and
I'm really curious to know your thoughts on the pulsefire surge is it an underrated Mouse for 2018 but more specifically if you're looking for a mouse within the sub 1 and another price range and if you don't want to spend on a gaming mouse and considering that this is only there's only cost like and you get an amazing package for that you know with great
RGB lighting fantastic sense of performance and just great ergonomics would you actually consider this I'd love to know your thoughts in the comments I need better with hardware connects
a review of the HyperX pulsefire surge RGB Gaming Mouse now you all have been requested in the heck out of this mouse and let me tell you what you guys were right spoiler alert this mouse is fantastic let's take a look at it alright so what did you guys think about the close-ups of this mouse right here I just gotta say wow I mean this thing is absolutely gorge I don't know maybe it's just all the black white and red I got going on here but I'm loving it but not even just the black white and red we got going on here which obviously I love you know what I mean this
mouse feels amazing in the hand it really feels like just a premium product it's fantastic it really is let me just cover one thing real quick again this is newer I just recently purchased this right here I've seen a lot of other reviews I've read a lot of bad where people said the mouse buttons would kind of hit each other with a lot of wobble up there and it kind of Clank in each other this mouse does not do that and just to show you what I'm talking about it's right up here you do got a little bit of travel within a mouse but pushing all the way in as you see they do not
touch now I guess when this mouse first released when some of those older reviews were they used to touch right there but again this copy where I've read that they've updated it they do not touch up there so now as far as the mouse itself and everything the whole coding of the mouse is real nice you get that like rubber soft touch feel around the entire thing even on these sides right here and it feels fantastic you got a really nice grip on it your USB is braided it's quite
firm actually I mean it's not move and as you see I had to get pretty close to get it to budge right there but it is a pretty strong USB maybe you get a bungee you'd be better off with it right there it's not too bad by any means pretty nice but again as far as the coating and use it in your hand as you see the bottom I got these massive feet on the front and back right there glides fantastic really really nice glide right here now I'm using a hyper X extra large mouse pad right here and this isn't one of the really fast mouse pad was kind of one you want to use if you want to have
that really precise kind of pinpoint right there and a stop for you know what I mean but it just feels butter smooth you don't hear any scraping on or anything really nice emotion right there as far as the sensors using a picsArt 3389 sensor as well and again spot-on really really nice now as far as dimensions on a hyper X pulse fire surge right here it is 120 millimeters long 63 millimeters wide and then 41 millimeters tall and as far as the way it's coming in at right at a
hundred grams no I know there's someone out there probably quite a few people out there considering its light weight Mouse craze right now oh man that's just too stinkin heavy and it's really not anything right at a hundred grams maybe when you start getting over 100 grams a little bit 120 maybe you'll start getting a little bit heavy but that's still not like drastically heavy like you're not moister around this Bricker and if they hit I mean hundred grams isn't bad at
all I mean come on I mean this thing is incredibly balanced nice and evenly bounced across the entire Mouse right here and you get it in your hands you get that grip right there you can palm grip this get a claw a fingertip any sort of grip style fits perfectly with this guy and it feels fantastic again when you talk about like a heavy Mouse and a lightweight Mouse and everything where you're really going to catch that difference as as far as your grip and how it fits your hand more than that way you know because again if it's all cockeyed and Greg reared
in your hand you know it's gonna feel a lot heavier than it really is you go with the lightweight mouse and the grips not great for you you know what I mean now speaking of that great shape and all as you can see we have the ambidextrous shape here with only buttons on one side but it doesn't swoop in too drastically on the side right here again you can kind of get down here and your fingers just fit perfect talking about fingers being perfect take a look at these side buttons
right here so as you can see you get that palm grip and check out those buttons like my thumbs almost on the mousepad so I don't really got to raise them up or anything BAM they are right there and it pushed forward a little bit nice gap in the middle to decipher them oh man I'm tiny it is just perfect also with the front front fingers here you got little mild finger grooves very nice scroll wheels not raised up too much just perfect right there and also the clicks on this mass are just fantastic let's get the sound test now if there's one thing I can say might take a little while to
get used to or might have a little bit of different feel like it did for me as far as that shape again on the back here's you saw any closer right there it's almost like an egg hump right back here right it's not very wide by any means very nice for any hand shaped small medium or large right but again you kind of have the egg shape right back there so it kind of comes and get you right into your palm right there again if your palm gripping it fits perfect you know what I mean but again it's more of that egg shape rather than that really wide palm grip you're used to
right there so that takes a little while to get used to kind of feels like it's just sitting right in the back of your hand but again after using them for a while I mean it's just fantastic again for any grip all right so now we are any HyperX off for real quick as far as a main page right here we have our mouse and over here is just some previews of your mouse there I'm if you can create different profiles if you desire we're in our default here let's go on to click on customize and it's
pretty cool when we get in here to the lighting as you see this isn't standard and you have all these different effects right here and you can adjust the lights around the side of it and then the logo right there as far as again an effect or your custom color but real quick whirring here let's click on advanced and holy smokes this is just awesome right here again as you can see we're on a ring which is the lights going around it right there and every single one of these squares is a little light there that you can adjust whatever color you want on this guy yeah it got a little fade
going into one to the other but where that really comes into play if you keep it on that rainbow effect really cool and a really nice motion going around the mouse there this our TV's awesome again you can go in here to each one of these squares and set it to a different color if you desire like that is thinking awesome then you come back here and actually adjust your logo as well put on one of the effects or just a solid right there I mean wow the RGB on this thing is phenomenal and it looks great to come out here and you got your performance which you can adjust your
dpi in increments of 50 as far as the colors by the way you can set five of them I usually just keep one active just so I don't get any missed presses or anything and you can select the color of that so say let's get down here to red BAM and we set that dpi to red or whichever ones you have right there and you just press your dpi button and it just flashes around the mouse it doesn't stay lit up better anywhere it's just whenever you initially press it you'll see that initial flash right this is real nice it doesn't mess with any or other RGB effects or anything BAM it's right there and then you're set to it you know pretty cool yet your macros Danny customize
your buttons and everything macro library if you're into all that stuff as far as the software I mean it is fantastic very easy to use and again the RGB Wow stinking awesome are so here you go if you want to see what I was just talking about within that software check out the motion of that RGB Wow I mean it is so stinking smooth all the way around it again you have the logo back there and everything and it is just butter smooth it looks so stinking good I mean look at
he just go so nice it's very bright and vibrant as well and let me tell you what the thing that tops this mouse off is the price regular MSRP on this mouse worth every single penny hands-down easily but it's always on sale these days what a deal right now the time of me this review and posting is I'm gonna push the real quick so I want to be able to catch the sale right now on Amazon I'm over here spitting I'm so excited about that price but again let's say regular MSRP of 55 but again it's
always 49 wow what a steel here we're all going crazy I want to say we're all but a lot of us after going crazy about this model oh right mouse you know no way you passed that mouse up and you get this mouse right here I highly recommend it only a hundred grams to build is fantastic the design the aesthetics that just the look of this thing is an amazing Mouse this is the Mouse you want to get and I truly mean this I mean HyperX didn't send this out for review or anything I paid for this with my own money I truly truly mean this this is one of the hardest
mice to take off my desk to move on to start testing some other mice right there you know what I mean it was very hard to get this off you know what I think I'm just gonna put it on my desk and give it a spot there after this review let me know down in the comments if you use a HyperX pulsefire surge mouse or if you used it before and what did you think about it again I must have an updated model here and I am that they've updated before you read some other reviews or watch some other reviews people talking about that button issue again I've read that
they've updated it and I can tell you that for a fact that my model does not do that button pressing upfront there and this is all around a complete solid package if you're shopping for a mouse right now click on that thing I'll have that link right down in the description right there Oh see the link for this mouse pad as well but again even that regular MSRP yes I think you should get this thing hands down but if you can scoop it up right now at
that price don't question it added your car and get it for that deal right now it is that good but hey thank you so much we'll stop by and watch this one I highly appreciate how about so I'm gonna help you out with your purchase a little bit
