 today is a really big one for us today thanks to the guys at AMD UK we're actually gonna be unboxing the brand new risin 720 700 there we go as I said it AMD themselves sent this to me I've got a massive thanks so that people at AMD we are only a small channel getting them to send this to me is absolutely epic it's great it means much how he's doing well we're getting noticed and paying attention to me so let's come in for a closer look and have a look at what is in the box so that guys the box itself is 

exactly the same as the Verizon first gen CPUs no real difference the only difference is it says 2700 so this is as I said earlier the 2700 which as we can see on the label there we go what we have here is a 3.2 gig base clock a four-point one gig boost and an 8 core 16 thread processor or pretty good what you guys really want to know that is what is actually inside the box now I have a small confession to make I actually already did this review and I forgot to turn my microphone on so we're doing it all again and yeah I've only type this does really normally 

require cutting but there we go guys so in the box it's your typical AME packaging AMD of use this type of packaging for quite a while now empty box box with our processor and a box with our cooler so first of all let's take a look at our rise in CPU well we've got as per usual little plastic tray with our CPU a little rising 7 sticker personally I don't use them but hey some of you people might like to like them and I'll rise in processor there we go let's take a look this even get to focus what am i studio lights play havoc and also included in the little box is 

obviously some warranty and certificate of authenticity stuff yet typical some unbelievable reasons so that's the processor the next thing that is always important at the moment with the rising processor is the included cooler is what we've got in this box that looks a little bit cool I quite like it so let's get it out and have a look what we have got is a rate spire LED cooler now the spire is the one with a copper core on the bottom so it's an aluminium on the outside copper core in the middle pre-applied of thermal paste and I quite like the fitting method for this type 

of cooler okay it is fitted simply by screwing it in so the tube bits of plastic on the mother would get unscrewed and this connects the ready to the backplate nice and simple one of the things with the newer Wraith RGB job' that comes with a 2700 X is it uses the old fashioned mounts which clip don't like them much prefer this style what else have we got so 4 pin PWM hitter and there's a faint line around here I wonder what that could be for and if we take a quick look 

here under the cover is a little connector what is this for well if we get the rest of the packaging out of the box it all becomes very obvious we have it fit our proprietary connector on the cooler is a 50-50 cable 5050 cables are obviously for LEDs and if you take a look especially at the new x4 70 motherboards they have almost all got a little 50/50 header let's take this sitting next to the CPU socket just makes it nice easy the allergy computering cuz obviously RGB is everything at the moment and if it's not RGB it's rubbish and whatever but yeah it gives you 

the options I like it it's a nice inclusion to see in an OEM stock cooler I think on that note guys let's put me back in the picture and we'll so there we go guys we've taken a look in the box you've seen the processor you've seen the included spire LED cooler what's next now I'm waiting on some motherboards to come in unfortunately none of the motherboard guys wanted to send me anything over just yet so I've been out of bought one and I'll see what I've got we're going to be doing some performance figures we're going to do in some overclocking we're gonna

 be doing some memory overclocking as well thanks to the guys at a data so we're gonna see just what this is capable of now most people have gone for a 2700 X when it comes to reviewing and 2600 X's and that is because that is what the reviewer kit included now and they were kind enough to send me the standard 2700 so I'm gonna do my best guys just to show you what this can do and whether or not you should go for this or spend the extra money one or 2700 X .

review the AMD rise in seven 2700 processor or CPU with the Wraith spire LED cooler this processor I upgraded to from the pentium g 4560 to help with my editing work output and my gaming rig now I first built this rig primarily to edit videos and maybe on the side if I decided to in the future to game now let me tell you this CPU has not disappointed me since I've upgraded I've been able to do multitasks all the time on a consistent basis with smooth output of workflow now the processor this processor has eight cores and sixteen threads this is a lot of 

power especially at a processing speed of 4.1 gigahertz this processor is one generation behind right now there is currently the third gen out I'll leave a link to all the generations of the the 700 variants of these processors but the 2700 is more than enough for you guys to edit your videos do Photoshop play games on it's going to be the one-trick pony and it does it very well it's the Drac of all trades and master of all this CPU has definitely came through and I'm amazon.com right now there is a 34% discount and you can get this CPU and 

there's a reason why the CPU has 5 out of 5 stars the CPU has not disappointed anyone because the amount of power it puts out in the amount of work it can do keep in mind this is a am for socket CPU so you do need to have the am for socket motherboard as well as it takes 65 wattage make sure you have a power supply that can support that wattage I've been able to have my editing software such as hitfilm or Adobe Premiere Photoshop and multiple chrome tabs open 

at the same time with this processor I cannot stress this enough if you're trying to game the CPU will not disappoint you do not get distracted by Intel's options because Intel's options do not come with a cooler and if you're not getting cooler you need to fork out extra money for that and can save money here with the cooler and get an amazing CPU so if you're a youtuber
